banners and meshes
The banner
An advertising banner is a solvent-printed fabric with PVC. Due to the realistic colour reproduction, its low price and durability it is now the most popular form of outdoor advertising. Banners can be produced in large formats, which is their additional advantage. Printing can be single- or double-sided, whereas the banner can glossy or matte. Durability, resistance to external conditions and mechanical damage of the banner fabric is affected by the banner thickness of 300-510 g / m2 and the number of strands 300x500 to 1000x1000. It often happens that a thinne banner and of lower specific weight, for example 440g, has higher strength properties than a thicker one e.g. a banner of 510g because it has a greater number of strands.
We offer the following banners:
- laminated for short- and medium-term solutions and weight up to 510 g / m2.
- coated, for long-term solutions, excellent durability, excellent printability,
- reflective, a coating of honeycomb structure.
Banners are strengthened along margins after printing with a double-sided tape, preventing from folding and then steel eyelets are inserted enabling an attachment of the banner with strings.
Grids - MESH
The vinyl mesh is a type of mesh substrate, perforated, permeable to air movement. They put up much less resistance to air flow than the non-perforated substrate types. For this reason, they are ideal surface for freestanding, large size forms of advertising or applications for mounting on the facade, scaffoldings.
Prices of printing banners and meshes depend on print resolution - the number of printed belts and the kind of used fabric.
