light boxes and totems
Light box
A light box consists of an aluminum structure filled with plexiglass front plate, onto which graphics is applied with foil and electrical installation of LEDs. The front plate is backlit with longlasting LEDs, ensuring low energy consumption and uniform illumination of an advertising space (with the corresponding number of LEDs). A light box can be one-sided (fixed parallel to the facade) or duplex (fixed perpendicular to the facade).
Light box graphics are made using two techniques:
- graphic cut out from foil ,possible only simple, vector graphics elements (typography, simple characters), relatively long-lasting colours.
- solventl printed graphics on a translucent foil - intended for backlighting), full colour printing, any kind of graphics, colours fade faster.
It is possible to combine both techniques in one project.
In order to create a light box, we use aluminum profiles which are the frame for the whole structure. These profiles can be:
- unprotected
- protected
-with a foil of a desired colour
- anodized.
Profiles are available in the following widths (being the thickness of the light box);
- 60 mm; one-sided
- 135 mm, one- sided
- 160 mm, double-sided
Light box profiles have a removable latching strip panel. No visible screws, and an easy access to the interior of the light box are unquestionable advantages of this profile. The exchange of information is quick and easy, simply remove the cover profile which is attached to the base profile with a latch. We also offer making appropriate steel and aluminum constructions and installation of light boxes.
Totem
Totem
A totem is an aluminum construction filled with advertising space. The structure is made of aluminum profile systems, whoseconnection is masked by semi- circle cover. Using these systems allows for the construction of totem poles to a height of 300 cm (semi-elliptical system) or 400 cm (semi-round system). The advertising space can be rigid or flexible, flat or convex, possibility of backlighting. Totems are used the most commonly as a representative form at the entrance to the company. The supporting structure must be embedded in a solid foundation.
